Thank you for shopping with us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Live Streaming Purchases
All products purchased through live streaming sessions (including but not limited to TikTok Live and other live platforms) are subject to this Refund & Return Policy.
By completing a purchase during a live stream, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original packaging, accessories, and certificates (if applicable) are included

The item shows no signs of damage, wear, or alteration
Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping (International – China)
All approved returns must be shipped back to our original shipping location in China.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

We do not provide return shipping labels for international returns

We strongly recommend using a trackable international shipping service

Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred during return shipping are the responsibility of the customer
Returns sent to any address other than the designated return address in China will not be accepted.
4. Return Authorization Required
To start a return, you must contact us at support@legendear.com within the return window.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the return address in China.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order once the return is approved.
9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
This right does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
