Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment center located in Los Angeles, California.
We keep a limited quantity of inventory in our overseas workshop for handcrafted or custom-made pieces,
but most U.S. orders will be fulfilled domestically to ensure faster delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance for international orders.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package leaves our warehouse.
Order Changes or Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If you need to make a correction, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your package has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your tracking shows a delay or the package appears lost, please contact our support team —
we’ll help file a claim with the carrier or resend your order if applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We do not have control over these charges or their timing.
